Eating Placenta helps the Baby Blues purebirth.ca

 Some mothers are eating their own placentas to help stabilize their hormones after giving birth. This doesn't mean that women are cooking up placenta stew necessarily, but it does mean women are looking for natural alternatives to combat the baby blues and postpartum depression. Some women claim ingesting placenta in capsule form gives their bodies the additional hormonal and nutritional boost they need after giving birth. There are also women who are saving their placenta capsules to combat menopause's hormonal dip later in life. What better hormone to help a woman than her own special formulation of hormones? Benefits are noticed without the risks of taking synthetic hormones.
