The birth control pill has been taken by women to prevent pregnancy for over 50 years. In the past the "pill" had enormous amounts of estrogen in it, to fool your body into thinking it was pregnant. Now the birth control pill has far less estrogen making the physical side effects of taking the pill much less severe. The pill has come a long ways and the obstetrics community considers this a great achievement, but what they will not tell you is that if your body ovulates the chemical changes taking place in your body abort the fertilized egg. ACOG changed it's definition of conception, (since the pill has been on the market) so they cannot be liable for supporting the killing of babies!
